I have excess poundage I would love to lose, but since my hubby has been sick and I am the caregiver/housekeeper/errand person/handyman, etc, I have gained weight. Cause? I eat when stressed. I am so weak that way. As for my fingernails. I had acrylic nails for some time but finances caused me to give them up. I miss them because my nails are like paper and are so ugly. But I feel ugly anyway, like the "before" on those makeover shows. I enjoy reading your blog. Please keep it up. I had lost you for a long time.
